Medium. A medium is a what you use while creating art. examples are water colors, paint, clay, wire ect.
Greenware. Greenware is clay that has not been fired
Crafsmanship. Craftsmanship is one who creates and preforms with skills on dexterity
Relief Printing. Relief Printing is printing on a raised surface
Weaving loom. A weaving loom is a frame or machine used to weave fabric at right angles
Ceramic Coil Building. Ceramic Coil Building is a form used while doing ceramics
Warp Threads. Warp threads are a series of yarn extended lengthways
Plagiarism. Plagiarism is taking someone elses work, and calling it your own
Vanishing point. A vanishing point is used in perspective drawing, it is the point where the image is no longer visible
Monotype. Monotype is a one-off technique
2) Bruce Newman. "One hundred live and Die". Bruce inspires me because he took the medium of neon lights to express his art in a way that attracts attention, and everyone know i love attention.
3) You should apply 3 good coats of glaze to ceramics
4) You label your print in the left hand corner, in pencil
5)My greatest success in art this semester, was gaining the confidence to express myself through art. i finally began to open up and portray my thoughts through a medium like clay, water color, or sketches.
